Youth Strength & Conditioning
The importance of getting your kid involved in an excellent strength and conditioning program is greater now than ever before. Research shows that the ability to enhance speed of reaction and frequency of movements peaks between the ages of 7-12. The central nervous system is primed for developing these abilities during puberty and the possibility of changing them at a later age is very small! We have a system of progression that every child goes through to ensure they are able to properly perform a variety of movements and skills before they move on. This helps establish a strong foundation and teaches them the importance of doing everything with a purpose. We also utilize group training to introduce community, competition, and accountability to our kids. Training in groups is a far superior way to achieving positive results than training alone. We put pride in making sure the kids we train learn how to lead, how to persevere, what it takes to overcome adversity and more importantly, gain self-confidence.
